By downloading or using Setbly, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
These Terms constitute an agreement between you and Blimbley. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this agreement and have no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or to address any claims related to Setbly.
Setbly is a personal workout tracking app provided by Blimbley. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access it by unauthorized means, or interfere with its operation.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@blimbley.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Setbly offers a Premium subscription ("Setbly Premium") that unlocks additional features, including:
Billing Options
Setbly Premium is available as a recurring subscription with three billing options:
Prices for each option are displayed in the app before you confirm your purchase and may vary by region. All billing is handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) depending on the platform you use.
Auto-Renewal
Setbly Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your payment method will be charged at the start of each renewal period at the rate confirmed at purchase.
No Free Trial
Setbly Premium does not include a free trial. Your first charge occurs at the time of purchase confirmation.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your store account settings:
Cancelling stops future charges. You retain access to Premium features until the end of the current paid period, after which your account reverts to the free tier.
Refunds
All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests are handled according to their respective policies. Blimbley does not issue refunds directly. To request a refund:
Price Changes
We may change subscription prices from time to time. We will notify you in advance of any price change through the app or by email. Continued use of Setbly Premium after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Lapsed Subscriptions
If your subscription lapses or is cancelled, your account will revert to the free tier. Routines that exceed the free tier limit will become read-only and will not be deleted. Your workout data is always retained.
You own the workout data you create in Setbly. By using the app, you grant us permission to store and process that data solely to provide the service. We do not sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Setbly app, its name, design, and content are owned by Blimbley. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the app without our written permission.
Setbly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose. Use it at your own discretion.
Setbly is not a medical application. Nothing in the app constitutes medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise programme.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blimbley shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any loss of data.
Setbly is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Apple Inc. and Google LLC are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. Each platform's own terms and policies also apply to your use of Setbly on their respective platforms.
If you downloaded Setbly from the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies to your use of the app.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Setbly at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time from Profile → Account → Delete Account. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription — you must cancel separately through your store account settings.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
